We are an established, family run business based in Hawkhurst, Kent.
At Serida Fitness, our mission is simple: to empower you to live a healthier, happier life. We believe that fitness is for everyone, and our goal is to create an inclusive, motivating and supportive environment where you can reach your full potential, no matter where you’re starting from.
We offer personal training, dynamic group exercise classes and from November 2024, we are opening a brand new gym.
At Serida Fitness, we are more than just a health and fitness hub. We are a community dedicated to improving the lives of our members through fitness, health and wellbeing.
OUR PT STUDIO
Our personal training studio is a private, fully equipped space dedicated to delivering personalised training experiences in an exclusive and supportive environment.
Our studio is fitted with a range of equipment to ensure your training is effective, varied, and aligned with your goals. From free weights and resistance machines to cardio equipment and functional training tools, we have everything needed to support your strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Frequently asked questions
We believe that regular exercise is part of a healthy lifestyle for your physical and mental health; we encourage everyone to move their body! Our PTs are very approachable and friendly and so are our members, so no need to feel nervous before entering our studio for the first time! Everyone starts somewhere!
Please consult with your doctor before taking classes or attending personal training sessions if you are pregnant or are being treated for any health issues, such as back or joint pain, obesity or diabetes. Before you attend a class or personal training session, you will answer a quick health questionnaire. This ensures that you can safely participate in class.
Our PTs and class instructors will offer guidance and exercise modifications / advances. Your confidence will increase with every class/session, and you will soon feel like you have been with us forever!
Wear comfortable, breathable and flexible clothes; something that you feel comfortable in. For many ladies, a sports bra is recommended for a more comfortable exercise experience; extra support never hurts!
Please wear clean, indoor trainers into our studio and avoid wearing your dog walking/trail running shoes; we like to keep everything as clean as possible.
We encourage individuals to bring their own yoga mats and sweat towel. We do have exercise mats at the studio if you wish to use ours – equipment and mats are disinfected after every class / PT session for the next session.
Please bring with you a form of hydration in a water-tight bottle/cup. We do have a water tap which you are free to use to top up your bottle!
We do not have a waiting area, should you arrive early for the class and the studio is in use, please wait outside.
Waitrose supermarket: 2 hours free parking during their store opening hours (8am-10pm Monday-Saturday, 10am-4pm Sunday), so customers entering after 8pm Monday-Saturday and after 2pm Sunday have unlimited parking until 8am the next morning.3-minute walk to our studio. North Grove Car Park: 2 hours free parking (Monday – Friday) in bays for non-permit holders (7 bays total). 2-minute walk to our studio. North Grove Road, TN18 4AP.
Fowlers Park: free parking with no time restraints. 6-minute walk to our studio. Fowlers Park, Dickens Way, TN18 4JJ.
